This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are handled for products purchased from Happy Bubu, a brand of Art Fusion Sales & Services.
Because we sell hygiene products, kids’ essentials many of our items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to safety, hygiene, and product-type restrictions.
1. General Policy (Most Items Are Non-Returnable)
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and most items cannot be returned or refunded.
Once a product has been delivered and opened, its condition and hygiene cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for these items.
2. Exceptions — When We Accept Replacement Requests
We only consider replacements in the following rare situations:

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

If the item is verified as damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement.
Refunds are offered only when a replacement is not possible. Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
